Due to the adapted nature of all products we produce at Royalistik , we can not offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is completely personal to you.
If you are not satisfied with your final product, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your masterpiece.
If you received the wrong product or the wrong size, or if the product was damaged during transport, we will of course replace it without hesitation.
Please notify us within 48 hours of your order being delivered. If you have placed an order recently and have changed, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have elapsed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that our artists often start working as soon as you have placed your order.
If you break the rules and want your money back despite the painting having started, ie after a preview, you will be charged 60% of your paid amount
However, if you place an order without valid pictures, we will contact you within 24 hours and wait another 24 hours for feedback, in the event of no feedback, we cancel the order and make a deduction of 30% of total amount to cover our possible costs.
Keep in mind that when we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded. If you do not follow our photo guide we can not offer a solution if you regret it.
It is your responsibility to send a high quality photo that follows our upload guidelines. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. We allow notes to be added to the order if you have something to tell us. However, we can not guarantee that special requests will be granted, for example, we can not edit a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile, etc.
Please note that all examples on the site are made of high quality images in high resolution. Low quality blurry photos will not be allowed by our production team for production.
