Can I see a preview of my product before I buy it or before it is shipped?

Of course! you will be provided with a link, 1-2 business days after ordering.

Can I request something that is not already offered on the site? Or something customized? (ie a family portrait, portrait with more than two people, a celebrity, etc.)

We always work with new templates and love to hear our customers' suggestions. With that said, we only offer the templates that are currently available on our site.

Can I order a different size than what is on the website?

Yes we have sizes up to 120x160

Is the image I sent good?

We go through many quality controls throughout the process. If for any reason there is a problem with the photo you have sent, our team will contact you and request a new photo from you.

Can I add something to my photo?

We will do our best to make everyone help you, but we can not guarantee a change as some changes are difficult to make. Please indicate other wishes in the order note when you place your order.

Do you match the skin tone?

Yes, our artists are very talented and will make sure they match the skin tone of the entire masterpiece.

I did not buy the digital file when I originally placed my order, can I add it now?

yes! Please place a separate order for the digital file and refer to your original order under the notes. Once we have this information, our team will send you the digital file.

Will I be able to download the result to my phone?

You will only be able to download it if you purchase the extra digital download at checkout, which will then be emailed to you once your portrait has been designed by the team.

I'm having trouble uploading my photo. Can I just send it to you?

Yes, you can email us or via social media.

How long are the delivery times?

Each order takes approximately 3-6 business days to be delivered. Your image is forwarded to our real graphic team to create your digital file which is then printed on our premium canvases before being sent to you.
